Our Story
In 2019, Adam was an MBA student at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, while Sophia was a professor of social impact and program director of the Golub Capital/Kellogg Board Fellows program. In 2023, Sophia turned to Adam for his expertise on a technology project for her nonprofit governance and strategic planning consulting practice. Their collaboration grew, and in 2024, driven by a shared urgency to support small and midsized nonprofits in strategic planning, they founded PlanPerfect.

We use PlanPerfect for our own strategic plan. Our plan is a living document that guides our efforts, reflects client feedback, and is open to anyone who wants to read it. We are happy to share it with you.
