Technology for Nonprofit Leaders
What We Do
PlanPerfect is a ground-breaking strategy platform built for the nonprofit sector, a field too often left behind by technology. We enable organizational growth and leadership by giving nonprofit leaders and boards the tools to move from ideas to execution. With PlanPerfect, organizations create stronger alignment, fulfill their mission more effectively, communicate their value clearly, and raise the funds they need to sustain and grow their work.

Our Story
In 2019, Adam was an MBA student at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, while Sophia was a professor of social impact and program director of the Golub Capital/Kellogg Board Fellows program. In 2023, Sophia turned to Adam for his expertise on a technology project for her nonprofit governance and strategic planning consulting practice. Their collaboration flourished, and in 2024—driven by a shared urgency to support small and midsized nonprofits in strategic planning—PlanPerfect was born.
